I am an integrative counsellor. Integrative counselling is a combined approach to counselling that brings together different elements of specific therapies. I use different techniques and theories to suit individual clients, as each person is unique. I believe that each person needs to be considered as a whole and counselling techniques will be tailored to the person’s needs and circumstances.

As your counsellor, I would help you to explore and make sense of the challenges you face. I would also work on your self-awareness. This may involve working with difficult emotions, identifying as well as dealing with unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns. We will work together towards finding new ways of making your life more fulfilling.
